Explore Rentals in Highland, MI

Easy process couldn’t be better

The storage building inside and out are very clean and always accessible. I have both inside and out rental units. James is awesome to work with and always gets back to me with lighting speed. I would recommend this facility and James the manager for any of your storage needs. This is the place to go!!

Great facility and very easy to work with

I have been so impressed with this storage unit facility. Every text message or email that I have sent I have received a response within 15 minutes. I had to change the unit that was assigned to me because it was a difficult location for me to get some of my items into. They immediately provided me with a different unit that met my needs, and because they didn’t have a unit the same size they bumped me up to a larger unit for the same price. James is the person I have been dealing with most. If I could give James and the facility 10 stars I would, thanks to him and the team he works with for the great communication and service.

Definitely would recommend Look Self Storage in Highland!!

Can’t think of a nice place to leave my belongings. They’re kind, considerate and courteous. Take advantage of this. You don’t find many places like this that offers what they do.

I used this storage unit for 2.5 years. Great experience. I had an outdoor unit, and my things were secure and unchanged when I got my belongings out. I recommend this storage unit.

After purchasing a home in Highland, I arrived to find that my new house was flooded and the first floor had to be remediated. I had to find climate-controlled storage quickly and divert my moving truck to it. I couldn't move into my new home, and my old one had sold. Needless to say this was an extremely stressful time. I called around and searched various storage facilities in the area. When Jeremy at Look Self-Storage on N. Milford Rd answered the phone, I knew I had found the right place. He was friendly, professional, and worked with me to get my stuff into storage. He even offered to come in on his day off if the truck happened to be arriving that day. Jeremy is helpful, customer focused, and conscientious. My belongings will be in storage for at least a year, and I'm so glad they're at a facility where the person running the place is so on the ball. Thank you, Jeremy!
