I used this storage unit for 2.5 years. Great experience. I had an outdoor unit, and my things were secure and unchanged when I got my belongings out. I recommend this storage unit.

After purchasing a home in Highland, I arrived to find that my new house was flooded and the first floor had to be remediated. I had to find climate-controlled storage quickly and divert my moving truck to it. I couldn't move into my new home, and my old one had sold. Needless to say this was an extremely stressful time. I called around and searched various storage facilities in the area. When Jeremy at Look Self-Storage on N. Milford Rd answered the phone, I knew I had found the right place. He was friendly, professional, and worked with me to get my stuff into storage. He even offered to come in on his day off if the truck happened to be arriving that day. Jeremy is helpful, customer focused, and conscientious. My belongings will be in storage for at least a year, and I'm so glad they're at a facility where the person running the place is so on the ball. Thank you, Jeremy!

Big shout out to James! We purchased our unit online , and the process was incredibly easy. Before moving our items in, we stopped by the office to buy a lock and get a feel for the location. James was friendly, thorough, and made everything seamless. He helped us find our unit and even recommended some useful tools for loading and unloading. Excellent service all around!

Excellent experience. I rented a unit for about four months to store my daughter's belongings while she moved from one apartment to another. You can sign up for available units online. Prices are similar to those for other self storage sites. Entrance is controlled by code and gate. Insurance is required. Relatively new self storage site so it is in good shape.

I rented a storage unit for 3 months, in the climate-controlled section. The unit and hallways were clean and well-lit. There was always a cart available to help unload/load. Staff were very helpful. If I need another unit again in South Lyon, this will be the first place I look. 5 stars!

I have used many different storage facilities in the pasted. I've had nothing but issues in the passed. I definitely recommend national storage. From the awesome customer service to the more than fair and affordable rates. This is the only storage place I have not had any issues such as, moisture issues, critter infestations, heat damage to mold. For over 2 years I have not had any issues with mold, infestations or anything else. I know my stuff is safe and I know I wont go into see any damage. Thanks a bunch. Definitely highly recommend

Now I have a much larger unit than the other company could provide and the unit sits much more evenly with the ground I can hand push my trailer in without much worries. This is a good storage unit! I had an interior storage. Both the hallways and the interior of the storage are clean! Liked the idea they use cameras to keep the place secure. Had a deal for $86/month if I kept the storage unit for 3 months. Plenty of room to put my belongings into this unit. If needed, I would use Look Storage again. Highly recommend this company!

These guys have great customer service and the sign up online process was very easy, informative & they issued gate code right after payment plus I love the fact they give you the option for 24hr access!! I do a lot of marketplace buy and sell so I’m having to drop loads off sometimes at later hours or need to grab items for buyers. Sometimes we don’t get back in town until late from auctions so the times are very random and sometimes late, however their 24 access option accommodates the odd hours I need to sometimes grab/drop off items . I would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for clean units,24 access options ,good prices and nice customer service! They definitely are better than other places I have rented from in the past

We have had a very good experience with the Lansing Look Self Storage. The Property Manager, Joshua Wicker, has been very helpful and conscientious.
