I used this storage unit for 2.5 years. Great experience. I had an outdoor unit, and my things were secure and unchanged when I got my belongings out. I recommend this storage unit.

Well laid out storage place, easy to access. Climate control building is always clean and brightly lit up. 24/7 access to the kiosk is a nice perk! Online renting was a breeze, lots of storage space sizes!

After purchasing a home in Highland, I arrived to find that my new house was flooded and the first floor had to be remediated. I had to find climate-controlled storage quickly and divert my moving truck to it. I couldn't move into my new home, and my old one had sold. Needless to say this was an extremely stressful time. I called around and searched various storage facilities in the area. When Jeremy at Look Self-Storage on N. Milford Rd answered the phone, I knew I had found the right place. He was friendly, professional, and worked with me to get my stuff into storage. He even offered to come in on his day off if the truck happened to be arriving that day. Jeremy is helpful, customer focused, and conscientious. My belongings will be in storage for at least a year, and I'm so glad they're at a facility where the person running the place is so on the ball. Thank you, Jeremy!

Excellent experience. I rented a unit for about four months to store my daughter's belongings while she moved from one apartment to another. You can sign up for available units online. Prices are similar to those for other self storage sites. Entrance is controlled by code and gate. Insurance is required. Relatively new self storage site so it is in good shape.

Amazing place. Clean, friendly and I would recommend it to anyone. If I have need for another unit I will return. I used the climate controlled unit. I was happy with my choice. Everything is secure. Thank you.

I rented a storage unit for 3 months, in the climate-controlled section. The unit and hallways were clean and well-lit. There was always a cart available to help unload/load. Staff were very helpful. If I need another unit again in South Lyon, this will be the first place I look. 5 stars!

The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and down to earth! We had some good laughs while doing the boring paperwork. The grounds are protected and well maintained! The storage unit I rented was very clean as well.

I have used many different storage facilities in the pasted. I've had nothing but issues in the passed. I definitely recommend national storage. From the awesome customer service to the more than fair and affordable rates. This is the only storage place I have not had any issues such as, moisture issues, critter infestations, heat damage to mold. For over 2 years I have not had any issues with mold, infestations or anything else. I know my stuff is safe and I know I wont go into see any damage. Thanks a bunch. Definitely highly recommend

I didn't need to move at the moment and just stopped by to see the units. The rate, larger storage units and how friendly Jessica was made me change my mind. Now I have a much larger unit than the other company could provide and the unit sits much more evenly with the ground I can hand push my trailer in without much worries. Secure property and friendly staff

My wife and I went in after moving from our s lyon home of 20 yrs and relocating in another s lyon home. Needed storage and Jessica hooked us up with a new 15x10 for a special 1/2 off deal for 6 mos. We have had a very good experience with the Lansing Look Self Storage. The Property Manager, Joshua Wicker, has been very helpful and conscientious. We are parking a travel van in a parking space and Joshua has been very attentive. The location is very convenient for us and we are very pleased with the level of security.

Wow, such a large facility with every size of storage space you could need. Josh was more than helpful with resources and knowledge of the self storage world. What I thought I needed was nowhere close to the actual size needed. I was able to pick up a few boxes, tape and other moving supplies from Josh in the office. The deals on units that have at the Lansing facility right now are hard to beat! Will definitely recommend for safe, clean storage!!
